When you walk to the edge of all the light you have and take that first step into the darkness of the unknown, you must believe that one of two things will happen: There will be something solid for you to stand upon, or, you will be taught how to fly. - Patrick Overton

Stress.  Stress.  And more STRESS.

Layoffs.  Morale.  Too few people doing too many jobs.  Meeting quotas in a soft economy.  Attendance issues.  Negative attitude.

As a former manager in a Fortune 500 Company, I know some of the biggest challenges in the market.  You’re being called to do more with less.  You feel it and your staff feels it as well.

You spend 40+ hours at work.  Give your group some tools to make it more efficient, more effective, more comfortable, and more fun.  My Tools of Hope workshops, based loosely on my book by the same name, have gotten rave reviews.

“The Aurora Police Department Victim Services Unit continues to call upon Ana Christina to assist in the training of victim advocates with “Tools of Hope”.  Her workshops inspire us to be aware of our need to be resilient and take care of ourselves and each other as we are exposed to crisis and trauma on a daily basis.” -Carole O’Shea, Supervisor, Victim Services Unit, Aurora Police Department

“Amazing! Self awareness at this point in my life is HUGE. (This session) really helps you get down to the "core" of you and take the steps to get there.  She was awesome! Very motivational!  Fantastic speaker! Good information and good tools to use to balance life!  Excellent! Engaging, interactive and wonderful perspective!  Cool message, dynamic speaker, good information, fun!  Awesome! Bring her back!  Dynamic, inspiring, brings hope! Powerful! Thank you! It was great personal and professional help!”  -Audience comments from the 2010 Wyoming Sexual Assault Summit IX, Hilton Garden Inn, Laramie, WY

“Attendees loved the presentation and came away with great ideas about how to enjoy their jobs and be better employees. Her presentation was fun and energetic, and her message was PERFECT!”  -T Bass, Events Coordinator, Aurora Mental Health

If you want a boring speaker who tells jokes or re-hashes a bunch of stuff you and your group already know… OR if you want someone who just stands at the front of the room, reads ver-ba-tim off of a PowerPoint presentation…  OR if you want a speaker who reminds everyone why they dislike “required” meetings --- PLEASE STOP READING! You have better things to do with your time as you look for the right speaker for your group.

IF… however, you want an absolutely dynamic and memorable presentation that will energize your staff or conference group…

IF… you want to leave your audience with humorous stories as well as give them food for thought on how to improve their professional RESILIENCE and BALANCE…

And IF… you want for your audience to leave with “tools” in their toolbox that they can remember, use, and share with others…

“We used Ana Christina’s services for a motivational program we were working on for our employees.  I was very pleased with my employees’ responses to her presentations.  She brought us together to improve our self motivational skills as well as working with each other on a day to day basis.  I look forward to using her again on motivational workshops we plan for the future.”  -Adeline M. Smith, President, Old Western Paint Co., Inc.

As you’re looking for a motivational speaker or workshop presenter for your group, please check all that apply:

My group is struggling -  I know that we need some HELP

  • This group is struggling.  We are doing more with less, they are discouraged and down, and it’s difficult to know what to do.
  • We have some great people under tough circumstances, and I want to give them tools on how to rebound better.
  • We have some folks that are very resistant to change, hate mandatory meetings, and generally “chew up and spit out” anyone who tries to tell them what to do.  It can be a problem.
  • Those same folks create some negativity that tends to spread through the group / organization.  It creates ineffective communication and reduces our efficiency.  We need some new tools.

Doing fine but I want to give them TOOLS to be more effective

  • My group is doing “OK,” but they are just not as effective as I know they could be.
  • They are hanging in there, even with the tough economy, and I want to reward them for a job well done.
  • I’m simply looking for a keynote speaker and want to make it fun AND inspirational.
  • I have some new folks in the group and want to help integrate them with the more seasoned employees.  I need a way to do that.
  • I have a small part of my group / staff that is negative and is hurting morale.  I want to give everyone some “food for thought” on how your attitude affects everyone.

Doing great – Looking to continue professional development

  • My group is doing “OK,” but they are just not as effective as I know they could   be.
  • I’m looking for development-type training for my group.
  • My group is doing great – we want to keep it up and this is one of the tools I will use to do that.
  • I’m simply looking for a keynote speaker and want to make it fun AND inspirational.

My passion is delivering extraordinary presentations where the audience leaves with information and tools AND they are motivated to do something with them.

My philosophy in a nutshell?  If you leave my workshop and you can’t remember anything I taught, then I just wasted your time AND mine.  And I don’t like to waste my time.

It’s expensive to hire a speaker, and even more expensive for your company and organization if you look at resources, time, and money to bring the group together.  If I deliver a memorable presentation, with easy to remember tools and skills (which I do) then your employees are more likely to remember the tools AND use them.

“Her information reinforced techniques to increase their confidence, have a positive outlook, and increase professional effectiveness…The CCMHA group feedback on Ana Christina rated high overall in excellence in her performance as a speaker.  I would definitely recommend her to any group, staff, or agency.”  -Arlene Kingsley  CCMHA President

Keynote address: Large groups, annual, regional, and national conferences.

Interactive workshops: All-hands employee meetings, division meetings, department meetings, sales meetings, customer service, victim’s assistance groups, advocacy groups, break-out sessions at larger conferences
